Since its establishment in 1613, and before becoming a five star hotel, "le Couvent des Minimes" welcomed and hosted missionaries until the 1990s. From its original purpose, the building has retained the medieval facades, the chapel and also the herb garden. This garden full of scents is deployed in terraces.
